Ready for the jungle.
Ready for the jungle.
I can't read the text very well because the image is small. It looks like it's only about 300x700 even zoomed in.
OK, so you are talking about the resolution. It is 427 by 640, so about what you suspected.
I do try to keep the resolution fairly low for stuff I put on the net, to make it not interesting to steal for commercial purposes. Still it should be readable to be any reason to post it all.
To me this size is readable. That is on a PC with an OK screen. Maybe it is different if you look at it using a mobile phone or a tablet (which I don't).
I'm planning to submit this comic (16 pages), one page a day here at my page and then make a thread in the art forum with the cover and pages as a unit.
I think I'll stick with this resolution for my page, but maybe I'll do a higher resolution in the forum thread.
Anyway thanks for the feed back.
Need more zoom! Your art style works so well for comics.
Thanks 🙂
I don't understand what 'zoom' means in this context 🤔
I can only zoom in on the first page. Is that just me?
This is like visual music. It makes me love comics.
Thanks! Yeah, it's only possible to zoom in on the first page. I wanted to publish all the comic pages together, but I didn't realize this disadvantage.
Btw I really like your comics too (never commented on them though), although maybe I should read them again, because I'm a bit lost when it comes to the characters.
Ugh, so appealing! Do you have a publisher in mind?
havent really considered any publishing and im not sure how to go about such things. right now i sort of self publish printed copies of the comic i draw with this character. i would like to get into that space at some point when i have enough material to do so
The line thickness control is just.. lovely - the thick lines create frames for all the layers of depth you can see. The black of the water is nice too. I think cross-hatching and color doesn't mix but you could get such a mood across with swampy colors here. But I already find this so satisfying a picture.
Masterful use of comic sans. Also yeah, evil beauty.
Oh shittt this is good. Laughed out loud. Seemingly effortlessly expressive. I'd love to know, is this professional or just your hobby?
Hey, sorry for the late response. At the moment it's just a hobby, but I'd love to make some form of income from illustration eventually:)
I'm color blind but I love the light of the rabbity wolfy fox! You have a sort of artistic agility which I'm jealous of. Happy new year and I hope you keep arting lots!
AHH TY! I had to go back and forth to make the lighting in monotone so that anyone can see her properly. Happy to see that it worked!
Ahhh no need to be jealous ;~; I was rather nervous working on this picture as I had to learn several new things at once. Continue staying curious and you'll improve faster than you think!
You'd do well at Balenciaga!
